VaziMall is an online marketplace built for how Africa shops, dresses and lives. The name comes from vazi, the Swahili word for attire. We started with fashion, and we are growing into a one-stop destination where shoppers find what they love and sellers of every size reach customers across the continent.
We are starting in Kenya, with a clear ambition to serve every African country. VaziMall brings trusted sellers, quality products and a smooth shopping experience into one digital mall. You can browse at your own pace, pay with M-Pesa or your card, and have your order delivered to where you are.
Our Story
Shopping for good fashion and lifestyle products in Africa has often meant long trips between shops, limited choice, unclear pricing and uncertainty about quality. Many talented local sellers and designers, meanwhile, have struggled to reach customers beyond their own neighbourhoods, let alone beyond their own borders.
VaziMall was created to close that gap. We built a platform where shoppers get variety, transparency and convenience, and where sellers get the tools, visibility and trust they need to grow. Everything we build starts from one question: how do we make buying and selling online simple, safe and rewarding for everyone in Africa?
We began in Kenya because it is home to a vibrant fashion scene and one of the most advanced mobile payment cultures in the world. From here, we are expanding country by country, so that a seller in Nairobi can reach a customer in Accra, Kigali, Lagos or Johannesburg, and the other way round.
