How it works
Four steps to your first commission
Step 1: Share your link
Once approved you get a personal referral link and code. Share it with boutiques, tailors and brands — or register them yourself from the agent portal.
Step 2: The merchant signs up
They create a Vazimall vendor account with your link or code. You have 90 days from their sign-up for them to subscribe.
Step 3: They pay their first month
When the merchant makes their first paid subscription payment for their shop, the referral converts.
Step 4: You earn
You earn a share of that first payment. After a 7-day hold it becomes payable and Vazimall sends it to your M-Pesa number.

Your commission is a share of the merchant's first monthly payment. Bring in more merchants to earn more — there's no cap on how many you can refer.

Questions agents ask
Who can become an agent?
Anyone with a Vazimall account can apply. We review every application and approve agents who can genuinely help fashion businesses get online.
How much do I earn per merchant?
A share of the merchant's first paid subscription payment — one commission per merchant. Free trials don't count until the merchant actually pays.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are held for 7 days, then become payable. Vazimall pays payable commissions to the M-Pesa number on your agent profile and you can see every payout in the portal.
How is a merchant linked to me?
Through your referral link, by entering your code when they register or before their first payment, or by you registering them from the portal. A merchant can only be linked to one agent, and must subscribe within 90 days of creating their account.
Can I refer my own shop?
No. Self-referrals and any form of fraud are not allowed and lead to suspension.
What if the commission rate changes?
Changes apply to future commissions only. Commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at.
